Okay, I can understand about Mating season. They are cats, after all.

kinda like the miquote in FFXIV, was originally an all-female race, then alte in development it was changed to male/female, but aside from players, theres only like a handful of male miquote in the game compared to HUNDREDS of NAMED npc's that are female, aswell as most of the text with them completely sidestepping or actively contradicting the existence of the males not 20 feet away (plus plenty of them have blatant lesbian overtones in their discussions with the PC or about other NPC's)

Fairly positive miqo'te were not all female. They were only playable as female, yes, but much like mithra they existed in sort of a 'lion's pride' situation where there are a few males in charge in a tribe of many females who do the work while they sit around.

Not that that is very relevant, nor is this relevant in a vn where the primary goal is to get off to probably underaged cat females.

All you suck at making plausable hypothesies. and the little sister lies about the heat damaging the catgirls, but ive read up on this and seen the progress on vol 2, but there is still no way that we can know untill VOL. 2 comes out

What I'm going to guess is that there can be catgirl pregnancies from humans, as there still is a 0.0024% human compatability with cats, but it most likely is selective lab breeding (notice how there is only one mixed breed in the entire game).

maybe for you but frankly, its not a new thing. no were near as common as cat/bunny/dog girls but there still out there in some form or another, weither its just through mentioning them, or appearing but only as background characters/npcs, to a few that might actually have them. there often a lot more animal like though :/.
