Need a better tutorial and a way to stop time

I saw the advert on reddit and decided to check it out. I'm not specially good at management games, but wanted to check it out. I find the idea fun, but there's a few issues. There's no way to pause time and read the description of the items or read up on students. If you stop to read, students dies. And then you need to go get new ones. Students died far too much. I haven't played 5min and like, 5 have died from various learning stations. The tutorial need to cover the actualy game loop, get student...

- Fixed a potential softlock where the player summons an item (most commonly a desk) from the shop, but does not zoom out to be able to interact with it.
- Removed floating items in some rolls of the Conservatory.

1.0.5 - Saving Unlocks & Tutorial Updates!

- NEW DILEMMA! A competitor is casting hexes on your Conservatory... and throwing all your apprentices into the sky!
- Unlocked Stations & Decor are permenant, rather than per-run.
- Completing the tutorial and follow-up helper pop-ups once will make them hidden forever. Can be shown again by pressing "Reset Tutorials" in the main menu.
- Skipping the tutorial will also hide some early popups.
- Solved a rare crash related to capes. (Edna was right..)

Bug: Softlock when getting message "Supply Shortage"

Just got a softlock I cant get out of when I got a message about "Supply Shortage". I klicked the message, it opened up in larger format on the right screen, but there is no way to close it down or get back to the game. I'm able to press buttons, and I see animation in the background, but I cant get focus back to the actual hall. ESC works so gona quit the session for now....

Still exploring the new stuff. What do you all think of the thieves? I honstly felt a bit frustrated or maybe just challenged (lol) when they cleaned me out. But then I figured out how to stop them. I mean its the classic dnd thief that can put a whole desk in its pocket, lmao!...

My game just froze and I had to close it during a multi hour run just to restart it and be shoved back into the tutorial? Just started a new game just to check if the patch removed my save game. Did the tutorial, placed some stuff, quit and restarted - back to the tutorial. Is this intended or?...
