Hey everyone!

We're closer and closer to a Steam playtest for our game. The version we'll share with you will be... quite huge. Actually, in terms of accessible terrain, it won't be much smaller than the entire Alaskan Road Truckers! And it's just a part of the full game.

What a weird game is this that you guys are developing? Why don't you improve even more on all the flaws that Alaskan Road Truckers has? Alaskan Road Truckers has great potential, but it needs more realism in the NPCs' animations, for example, more visual quality, more options for things the player can do—fishing, for example, is one of them—and for that, they need to polish the animations more, make the game's HUDs more beautiful and up-to-date. A ton of new screenshots + our approach to DLSS

Hey everyone!

Through the development the game has improved visually so far that we decided to completely replace the screenshots on Steam. All of them showcase the game in its current visuals. Our goal is to have the world dense and varied, with beautiful lighting. View the gallery on the game’s page to see all of them, here are just a couple of highlights.

We were also super happy to see TeleMenace’s overview of Road Truckers: New Beginning on his YouTube channel.

Finally, all the commotion about DLSS 5 is also a good opportunity to talk about our approach to optimization and the use of upscalers.

Long story short: we don’t have DLSS implemented yet. We will add DLSS, but only after we complete our optimization. Our goal is to have the game run well natively, and then add upscaling as an option to make it even smoother if you choose so. It’s a great technology, but we want to use it as a form of extra support and not a crutch. We’re putting a lot of effort into Road Truckers: New Beginning, and you will be able to test it before buying. Before that happens, stay in touch. Soon we’ll show you some dangerous paths through the wild.

i hope they did big mistake alaskan road truck its full of bugs updates come only with paid content i guess i dont think is worth buy games from this developers it make no sense to make mistake again :) alaskan truckers look promising game but its was just scam and full of bugs...

like title ask? would love to help the devs with any testing... gotta make sure we have the best cargo trucking on release day. I love the concept of the game and really hope for the best for you guys.

I have a few questions about the game

How much do the mechanical upgrades really affect the driving experience? For example, can you tell the difference between different brakes or suspensions? Can I customize the interior of my truck functionally or is it more cosmetic? How realistic is the driving – is it more of a relaxed simulation or more of an arcade feeling? What exactly does using the flywheel brake do in the game? Is it purely for the feel, or does it also affect things like damage avoidance? Are there also random encounters or ...
