The Healing skill is a passive one that just increases your rate of naturally regenerating HP. It's really good to have. You can also take the talent Healthy to increase your natural HP regen even more.
Good to know. Thank you.
PCs who do not start with the Healing skill or the Candle starsign will be essentially obliged to pursue the Save Yrrigs/Kill Jharod quest line.
Save Yrrigs is a quest given by Rynt in Terinyo. You must talk to him first, BEFORE talking to Guth'Alaks, or the quest will become unavailable.
After receiving the quest, the player must go to the Village Dungeon, south-east of Terinyo. There, he must find and either save or kill Yrrigs, who has been corrupted by the powers of chaos and has gone insane.
If you save him by returning him to the healer on level 4 of the Village Dungeon, he grants you the Healing skill.
Wow great advice. Thankyou.
Eventually, if critical circumstances arise don't forget to use other ways to survive - healing potions, pray and so on.
So if you talk with the druid first no healing via quest. It can still be obtained through potions/scrolls of education, except chqaracters don't have these in huge quantities early enough.
