So I now have the Scroll of Omnipotence - Let's try stuff! !SPOILERS!

The last area of the Ultimate Dungeon took me at least 1,5 hours to clean. All mobs are so experienced that it is like the Uberjack Effect but with all mobs! Including Greater Balors, Emperor liches, Greater Moloch, etc. I basically could not melee anything.

Anyway, I tried to read it but of course I can't understand it (will put exact dialog here later).
The door isn't permanently closed but either way going to see Andy with the Scroll is impossible as I didn't plan for an ultra or OCG. I did save Kelly so showing him the Scroll is an option, and I should be able to do the same with Rolf.

As for deciphering the Scroll, if it's even possible, many skills and stats might be involved. Litteracy, Concentration and music are at 100.
Right now with my normal gears "relevant" stats are:
LE 44
WI 59
MA 52
PE 32
I can obvisously get those better with potions and gears that I have.

Oh and now that I think about it, I didn't leave the Ultimate Dungeon yet. Maybe something will happen as I get out, or maybe I'll make a terrible mistake and die. I'll try to make my way out tonight when I have the time.

Please share your ideas of what to do with the Scroll and I'll edit this post as I try them.

Nobody seems to care but I'll still try stuff with the Scroll and report back here. I made my way out of the Ultimate Dungeon without issues.

When read (u/b) it says the following :

"You unroll the scroll with shaking hands and begin to examine its content. You sadly fail to understand the cryptic runes... although you sense that they contain the greatest prize of them all."

I'm trying to give the scoll to several charaters. When the letter R is indicated, it means that the character refuses to take or look at the Scroll.

9) Kelly - Curiously look at the blessed Scroll of Omnipotence. "Huh? Oh, I have read that a long time ago. Pretty interesting." Drops the Scroll.

Attempted to read the Scroll with 99LE 99Wil and 69PE. Nothing new. I will try to get 99 PE as well, just need more boost potion.

Playing with the BETA from now on. Tried everything I did before, and attempted to give the Scroll to a whole bunch of NPCs, with no result (too lazy to list them all here). The only things left are the Dwarven Village and the Librarian.

OMG! The bastard!! The Librarian JUST TOOK IT! "Thanks thee for bring this back here" then blessed me (yay....). Nothing new talking to him after than. Waited 3000 turns and he blessed me again. Well that's it for now I guess....Maybe the Wiki should be updated. I have a paladin on the way to hopefully get the scroll and will try other things.

Did not try anything new yet; I'm trying to get the FATE achievement, maybe get the scroll with that character, the leave the game to see if something special happens.

With my cleric I'll try to boost my Lerning score as much as possible and try to read it. I'll report the results soon.

The prior character who gave it to the Librarian--have you talked to various NPCs after he took it? Wondering especially if the Mad Minstrel or Khelly says anything new.
