Rune-covered trident delivery for raven.
So on my current mist elf (with raven star sign) I did the Blup quest at level 16.
Now I've got to level 17 and I still have not seen the rune-covered trident.
Is this normal?

Turns out I somehow missed the promt and the trident ended up somewhere in the dungeon on the floor.

So case closed, I guess, it generated at lvl 16 just fine.
