The graphic looks just the same, as bad as the original fullscreen mode in-game, and with a very low mouse movement sensitivity/speed.
Not recommend the software if this is the best it can do.

And this is Zuma with Lossless Scaling at a factor of 2.25. It's an upscale, yes, but it's still 4:3.

Second, both screenshots look still the same low quality to me, just what I found when I tried the software.
Besides, the "fullscreen" function in Zuma Deluxe on my PC runs with no stretch, the in-game screen is in a 4:3 ratio with a black bar on each side on my 2560x1440p monitor, just like your second screenshot.
If the problem is the aspect ratio, you can set in your monitor menus to keep aspect ratio.
