Using abilities with the keyboard

How can I target enemies or execute a skill using the keyboard? For example, I want to charge so I press number 1 and the monster highlights. What do I press to charge towards that selected monster? I really don't want to take my hand of the keyboard for every monster I fight.

You can use auto attack (A) to launch a pre-selected power on the last / closest target (and you can activate a power twice to set it as a default power)
