My game now gets stuck on 97% during loading

I lost all Nexo Knight stuff except for the characters after the update and had to scan and unlock everything all over again, but I still don't have the weapons for two of the characters and now I don't know how to get them now. They used to be just available from the weapons racks, but now it seems like you have to do quests to get them?

I think that this content is glitched, since I cannot obtain the mace weapon even after I smash the weapons rack for it. It just lays there glowing and then disappears without any character being able to collect it like normal. I also cannot obtain one of the other weapons, whichever one it is that the guy with the pig is supposed to have. It doesn't seem to appear anywhere.

I'm gonna be the stupid commenter and ask if this dlc is still available. I suspect they were featured in a retired downloadable build.
