Golden and Water Dragons do not spawn.

So, I've completed the entire questline, and found the Fire, Snow, and Forest dragon (the forest dragon spawned on a castle which was in the air). I made a 200 x 200 perilous peaks world, and visited literally every golden cloud where they're supposed to spawn. Not a single one had a golden dragon on it. I haven't searched as thoroughly for the water dragon, mostly because I'm prioritizing the gold dragon. I'm on playing on PC, and I don't know how many other people have this issue, but it seems to be quite common. Tt... you probably should read your bug report section, yeah?
Edit: I also would like to add that for some reason the fire dragon randomly spawns around the perilous peaks biome, despite it supposed to only spawn in the lava biome. Maybe it has something to do with the golden dragon not spawning, I have no idea.
