Character Abilities
Imagine you can ''disenchant'' a value of a item/brick/character/prop and apply it to any of your own customized character, or even vehicle.

E.g. Warlock fireball, extracting it and making a Skeleton Wizard!

What if they developed specific abilities associated with the character skins you have on.
Wizard Hat: Allows certain spells.
Scuba Gear: Underwater benefits.
Space Legs: Jump higher.
Indiana Jones Hat: Oddly increases your hatred towards snake creatures.

I do think they need to have a way to add abilities to custom characters. I designed a really nice looking wizard and without the fireball it was just depressing.

Hahaha that last one cracked me up xD yeah something like that would be great, although maybe without the need for the actual item, would be perhaps less LEGO-ish but will bring much more depth to character customization, which ultimately becomes LEGO-ish again hehe...
e.g. a farmer figure with force powers to lift the hay? :P

They should be their own equipment. What if i want an ability but not the outfit piece associated with it?

Solid point. I agree with that being the better route.

I think not necessarily a costume piece or a piece of equipment but maybe they have a powers selection like they have the selections for each character piece.

I was seeing something similar to skyrim's enchantement system. Taking the value of an object and applying it to any item.

e.g. imagine the warlocks abiloity is due to the hat, so you would have an interactable prop ''Item Customization Booth/Machine'' take the element of the hat and apply it to your specified hands/shirt/head gear etc... :)
