How to completely delete placed object?

When i reload my save, all spawned objects, which i placed before and then destroyed, were respowned. How to completely remove them?

I know, this is a very annoying issue. I found that sometimes, if you go into brick building mode, and place a large brick, larger than the object inside the same space as the object, and then delete that brick, it will sometimes get rid of it, even after restart.
