Why Has Controller Support Been Removed
I own a Alienware Alpha Console which is designed for playing PC games with a xbox controller, I purchased Lego Worlds for my children only because it was a controller supported game in the controller supported games section of steam,Now for some reason it is now KB and mouse only.Which makes the game unplayable for my children who are only good with controller, I know i will get comments of dont buy PC games if you dont use KB/Mouse, MY point is i am using a steam console which is designed for controller and the game was sold to me as controller based in there controller supported section.

Controller support has not been removed. My XBox 360 Wireless controller still works fine.

What sort of controller are you using?

Did Lego worlds work with your controller previously?

Is the controller connected when you start the game?

xbox 360 and xbox one, When i sign in on steam, then go click on game i get promted with KB and Mouse only"Do you still wish to play game", with the KB sign only under the lego world picture,The controller logo removed,All my other games are fine, only lego worlds has the option of controller removed. I tried my controller and only some buttons work, As i said all other games are fine....

I am using a alienware alpha console that is designed for controller compatible games.

I had to check for myself. Controller still works perfectly here. You might try re-calibrating it or re-installing driver software

I'm confused because you keep using the term "console", but Lego Worlds isn't out on console. I assume you're using a PC...

In either case, my Xbox 360 controller works flawlessly in Lego Worlds.

As far as I'm aware there have been no updates to lego worlds in the last couple of days. So my guess is something has changed at your end.

My advice would be to just use the XBox 360 controller as I've heard other people have had problems when using an XBox One controller for PC games.

The Alienware Alpha console comes supplied with a 360 controller,Which is meant to be used with the console and steam games which are controller supported.

This must only be a problem for us who have bought steam consoles, As Lego Worlds is now marked as a KB/Mouse game with partial controller support, Not full support anymore, I will have to take this issue up with dell and steam. thanks for the help and info guys.

You're not the only one.

I use steam on a PC with SteamOS installed on another small computer, Lego Worlds always worked on the PC and on the SteamOS box with my Xbox 360 controller, then suddenly it stopped working.

It still works fine in other games (Lego Jurassic World, Lego Batman, etc not just Lego games).

I thought it was just SteamOS but when trying it locally to my computer it complains as you saw.

I don't see how if I use a controller to select play, a message saying this is keyboard/mouse focused is a configuration problem my side?
