Minifigures from other TT games working with LEGO Worlds?

Here is a thought I've had. I love to see LEGO Worlds improve on its building and exploration features, those are obviously the core. But minifigures are also important to the LEGO experience and I want to see LEGO Worlds increase our options for these over time.

Since Worlds is a TT game and they also have games such as LEGO Dimensions, LEGO Minifigures Online and many, many more, wouldn't it be cool if we had a way to use the minifigures we own/earned from some of those titles in Worlds?

Imagine a feature where your LEGO Worlds account connects to your LEGO Account, which in turn is also connected to LEGO Dimensions, LEGO Minifigures Online and possibly other TT games. Figures that you own in these games are automatically available to be used in LEGO Worlds. Why not?

So say you buy the LEGO Dimensions starter pack and connect it to your LEGO Account, now suddenly you can open up LEGO Worlds and use Batman, Wildstyle and Gandalf in the worlds you are creating!

Anyone like this idea? I wonder if LEGO worlds has anything like this planned, even if it had to be greatly inhibited by some licensing issues, there's still tons of non-licensed minifigures that could be done in this way.

no. just no. this would limit the amount of minifigures that someone would have with the amount of lego products they have. This is meant to be a a world were if you run into a figure then you get him. Not a world where you run up and it saying "were sorry but you don't of lego Dimension's Benny would you like to buy one from amazon?". What happens three years down the line when buying the first wave is imposible? All you could do is just watch as minifigures you can't get go right past you, no thank you. Also TT devs please clearify this to be true or false I would like to here it "from the horse's mouth".

I do like lego dimensions but thats because it's main idea is you go to stores and get more dlc in the form of lego minifigures. The idea for this game is to explore, get treasures, seek out new minifigures, and have fun riding an eliphent into battle against a skeleton army! sorry but I just couldn't see this happening... i hope this doesn't happen.

You can already import at least vehicles from some other games (mostly Batman 3 if I remember correctly).

Stitch, the point of wanting this feature is that I do not believe they will add a lot of this stuff WITHOUT such a tie-in. With a feature like this, it gives incentive to THEM to add it for US. Without it, a lot of these minifigures will never have a chance of being added into the game. At least with a feature like this, people who are buying these other games or DLC or physical DLC (like LEGO Dimensions) could have extra benefits of having it. So hoping something like this does not happen is very self-defeating. You are living in a dream world if you think a lot of them would be added for free. So basically you are saying "either it's free or I don't want it" which leaves the rest of us who WOULD be happy to spend that money with no option to do so. So, I think people should be open to it.

It's already possible to have any minifigure in the game, since you can mod pretty much everything about a character. (textures, abilties, behavior, etc...) It is a lot of work to start off but it reallly isn't too bad after you practice.

How do you do this? I did not know this was possible. How difficult would it be to import these vehicles?

There is an online forum that can help you there (they love rock raiders). But only some games will work. Lego Star Wars and Lego Jurassic World won't work as exemple.

There is an online forum that can help you there (they love rock raiders). But only some games will work. Lego Star Wars and Lego Jurassic World won't work as exemple.

I'm also looking into potentially porting content from LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga (as well as LSW 3 if I can afford it) in the future once modding support is added or when we fully understand how to edit all of the games files.

I do not own LEGO Batman 3 myself so I cannot sadly.If you post on RRU's forums they may be able to help.
