I've done that, and it hasn't changed.

Motion blurr is when you turn left or right. The landscape itself is blurry even when standing still which would be associated with the dof which doesn't seem to work.
I have tried every setting, and nothing works. I'm starting to think the dof setting is broken just as saving your game settings is broken.
Okay that is the only setting I didn't change. I'll check on that now, and get back too you.
