Unikitty is not in lego worlds but the Ultrakatty is with a code you must enter in the main screen!!

I know it is not the same but atleast it is something !!

Technically, Unikitty DOES, in fact, have a form of hers that is in this game, and as a Pet/Mount/Vehicle that has to be unlocked via a special code, per what Supertippie said in his comment, as Ultrakatty is basically a Hulked out version of Unikitty.
