Illusive quest items

Hello there, I've searched high and low, and I still haven't found two of the quest items that have kept some of the quests from going green.

Specifically I'm looking for:
Pink Mowhawk
Weapon Rack (the one with axes on it)

I've searched probably 20 worlds so far and I still haven't found either. I know some have said that the mowhawk is found in chests, but despite nearly having nearly all of the other chest loot including bricks, I still haven't found a single hairstyle from a chest.

I also have no idea which biome to find the weapon rack in. If I knew this, it would likely simplify my search. And if there is something specific it spawns in, like a building, that would also be good to know.

Edit: Aaand just after posting this, I found the weapon rack. For those of you that have trouble finding it, I found it in a midevil town on the ROOF of a building, of all places.

Dinosaur Skull
Dragon Skull

I've never found the dragon skull, but I've seen the dinosaur skull in the junkyard jungle several times. As for the mohawk, I have no idea. I found mine in a chest, but that was WAY before recent updates, so it might have changed. I'd recommend searching a western town, I remember someone asked for it there. It could be an item you have to destroy stuff for.

The "Dinosaur Skull" is not to be confused with the "Dino Skull" which I found in junkyard jungle, the former is the one I am missing.

I found the dragon skull in the vulcano biome (forgot the official name), but it's really rare to find it. I've only encountered it twice.
