Spooky Girl Broken?

So recently i have tried to unlock the dragons. And in order to do that you need to do a certain chain of quests. The first quest is find the spooky girl in lawless lagoon/weird woods, and do her quest. I have searched through about 15 worlds containing these biomes, and everytime i find a spooky girl she never gives me the quest. Or any quest. She just does nothing.

Since i need to do this quest to progress, I really need some suggestions and help.

You may need to unlock Spooky Girl first. Try Harry-Mulligan-892/F at X:-14.41, Y:26.78, Z:-50.08
Then you will need to find her in Lawless Lagoon - which is a huge challenge, because her area is a rare spawn.

I posted this in the big unlock thread, but sounds like it could help you too:

Harry-Mulligan-892/F is also a good world to unlock Spider Lady. She's at
X: 19.13, Y: 26.91, Z: -25.10.

You can find a Spooky Girl to start the Dragon Quest line at
163-193-103 D, X: -59.526 , Y: 27.072 , Z: 26.489

I also found the Dino Tracker on one of these worlds, along with Dinosaurs.

I know I'm 8 years late lol, but whenever I type - and then the first number in the world seed, it just clears the search.
