Hello,
Atm ingame in my opinion is only Jungle Camp and Jungle Temple Ruin i have both so np about this 2 but i think that Dino Transport Cage also comes late but oke.
We will see when it comes !!
Grt,
Supertippie
The showcase builds are updated from outside the Steam infrastructure, it's a separate system.
I'm going with hectic gamescom preperations as the reason for it being late.
There has also been a build in the holding point for public release for 10 days without it going live, I don't recall that happening before, I figure a complication was spotted and there hasn't been time to correct it yet. Unfortunate because last patch did introduce new problems and quite critical ones for some players.
Note that there appears to be an occasional or initial bug with the temple ruin; the first time I placed it, the discoverable items on the smaller platform were missing; specifically "Jungle Plane Wreckage" and "Jungle Idol 2". After exiting and coming back in, then placing another copy, they were present and available to scan and unlock.
Note that "Jungle Idol 1" seems to be an infinite source of red gems once memorized. The super money chest, like the one in the camp, is one use per save however.
This bug I observe wheneve I placing set without mixing option (I have czech localization and I dont know how is this option called in english, but do terrain optimalization for model when activeted but in same time practicly disable possibility of connecting set, so I cancel this option most time).
It's been like that for a week now and today we should be getting the fourth Jungle showcase Build but let's keep in mind that in 2 weeks LEGO Worlds releases on Nintendo Switch. Making sure that has a smooth launch takes priority over some Brick Builds you know :P
I have no problem if smal DLC is late because priority of port and paid DLC, but before developers say something, or published new dat... But now they are silent, bud counters still counting countdown:-)
Developers develop, they occasionally also communicate with the community but this should be seen as a supplementary bonus because it's not part of their regular job duties while it does take time away from it, and therefore we shouldn't hold expectations that they will respond whenever a problem pops up.
That's the job of public relations and support.
Unfortunately they don't really know much on their own, they primarily function as a bridge between developers and players so when developers are incredibly busy they won't have the time to explain other staff what went wrong until they have a solution ready. On top of that Gamescom is going on.
So it may look like they are silent it's more like they are busy doing a whole lot of talking elsewhere.
They could just enable Steam Workshop and stick everything on there. This is the biggest flaw with Lego Worlds, adding SW would catapult this game into the big leagues I'm sure. No game needs this more, LW is the type of game that would benefit most from this mechanism.
