Unlock Nexo Knights?

1) How is it unlocked
2) I just downloaded a full unlocked save (for my young kids) but the Nexo aren't there. How is the easiest way to zap them into the game? (file, code, etc)

The wierd thing is I only know they are in the game because they were just suddenly there while they were playing one day. Now they aren't in the sandbox, although something happened to their file (while I original unlocked stuff on) so I had to get them a downloaded save file.

Nexo Knights are obtained through Brick Builds in the Showcase, It's the first screen after you loaded a save slot, you need to individually add each Brick Build to your game with the + button.

Then you can place the Brick Builds in Adventure Mode and discover the characters, vehicles, and objects contained in them.

For characters to be available in the Sandbox mode customizer you need to first discover them in Adventure mode.

Please note, that you can not play them - after you "discover" them, you are able to include them and interact with them, but not to use them as a character..

Really? I can play them. Just discover, then 'buy' them on the placement selector, then they are unlocked to use as a main char. Same method as used for all the others once you've got the builds for them in place. There was a bug where they would not get saved, but that was solved with an update. Try verifying your game files, perhaps you didn't get the update somehow?

It is right, you can use them as a character. I really do not know, since when,,,

Isnt the one Nexo Knight, forget his name, but hes the muscle of the group who wants food to unlock it, the only one unplayable. I unlocked all the others, but never have been able to play him or unlock his weapon set like I had the others. Did they fix that recently or is it still the same? I unlocked the other 4 and able to play as them, and own their weapons, but the one in the castle I can only place him and not play as him, and cant obtain his weapon. Thanks.

yes, and his name is Axl i think. i really hope they do come around on making all characters playable. as well with animals, even if it is only in sandbox mode. not that you would be able to costumize the animals in any way but to simply be able to play as them without having to ride them.
