What are the pink light tubes in the world & minimap?

I am talking about pink circles on the map and light tubes from a distance. Tutorials didn't cover them.

Pink beams of light are either:
-completed quests
-visited cities
-markers made by host of the world

Also, dungeons after you've opened the treasure chest in their bottom level.

Yeah, forgot about that. Basically everything completed or markers made by the current game's host.

Yep! And the "light tubes from a distance" are beacons, or waypoints showing how close quests, cities, dungeons, and treasure chests are to you.

So to sum it up:

Red light - Dungeon
Yellow light - Chest
Green light - Quest
Blue light - City
Pink light - Something completed or marked

And of course, on the map they show up as circles.
