Lego Digital Designer and Lego Worlds.......
Hello community..............

I have heard that its possible to import Lego designs from the LDD but when i tred to download from the official page it says that its no longer supported. Dose it still work and is there a trustworthy download site that you know of and how easy is it to get other Lego deigns in the LDD

Thanks

It says its no longer supported. But you can still be able to download load it from the site. 4.3.11 is the lastest version. (they say they no longer support it...., but after they posted that, Ithink about a year ago, they updated it again and added more blocks :). I haven't used it in awhile so I'm not sure when the last time they added more bricks. Here's a link. I tested it, it worked for me. https://www.lego.com/en-us/ldd/download

It really does work for Lego worlds BUT you cant change the orientation of the bricks in LDD then transfer it to LW. The bricks will just go back to the original state that only LW will allow. (Does that make sense?) AND you can only use the SAME bricks LW has. You Can not transfer different bricks that LW does not have.

If someone has a different experience. Speak UP :P

Wait... when I remember it correctly, you have to load the layout for legoworld in the LDD first, as were are not all the bricks avalable in the game..

Did you read this one?

In Stud.io, we can rotate as desired by entering the degrees of rotation that we want and it gives a very precise rendering.

The website of Bricklink where you can download Stud.io :
https://studio.bricklink.com/v2/build/studio.page

A starting guide (very little, just for begin) :

And a workshop :

When you transfer your models to Lego Worlds do the bricks keep their orientation?
