I can't find any trouble makers

Im new to the game and are currently trying to collect 15 bricks for the camera option
I've searched for hours and I can't see a single gold brick trouble maker

You may need to move to a NEW world to find more gold bricks.

Get in PUG-Z.
Move Cursor over PUG-Z in Lower Left corner and press left mouse button or
X on PC controller.
Then select "Find a Random World" and go to the new world.
