Minotaur location?

Alright. I did the full quest line with the Heroic Knight in Curious Canyon. Then I did other things and turned off the game. later on, I searched in Whipering Woodland in a dungeon and all I got were skeletons. Thinking maybe the game forgot that I had done the quest with the knight, I went and redid the entire quest line again and went to that same world with the dungeon. Still no minotaur. After creating another world that happened to have 2 dungeones in it, he's in neither.

Is he just rare? Is my save glitched somehow? Are there any tips to make him spawn faster?
He's the last character I need.

Alright, to help others out if they haven't already, go to x105y65z-105. It's one of the Legendary Brick worlds and has 2 dungeons in it. One of them had minotaurs when I went there. Not sure if they're randomized, but I know if you've taken the treasure from them once, they don't seem to appear again (at least not on the map)

I had a ton of trouble finding the heroic knight quest for this on Xbox, so for any others that need it I just found it again on Theta-DeLuca-347, zone F, at x: -15.35 y: 29.25 z: -34.14
