Cant find any hats/wigs

Ive been playing this game for so long now but still no wig nor hat drops, I know for a fact they do exist so what am I missing??

Not sure. I got mine through chests but that was before they started allowing duplicate items in chests.

Interesting. I recently noticed that a orange beanie that I found in a chest long time ago is now gone from my inventory :( There might be some errors connected to these items.

I have all brick builds, 181 gold bricks (as of a minutes before this posting), all current characters, creatures, and vehicles. I too have never received a hat or hair piece in a chest. I didn't even know that was possible.

Do we know which ones are chest only?

EDIT: Turns out I'm missing 3 characters... whoops... Regardless, the point still stands.

I have an old save with 232 bricks and I got 15 Hats + 13 Hair from chests. But I have a newer save from last week with 118 bricks and have never gotten any hair or hats from chests.

These are the ones I got a long time ago, some time last year. I had made a list. It seems my Orange Beanie is now gone from Character Customization also, but all of the other hats and hair are still there.

I think the best solution would be to either have a much higher probability to find something you don't have, or to make certain items spawn in chests in certain biomes. Chests in cities would have a high chance of giving you an item a citizen would have.

I went to a western town yesterday on my new game and one of the quests is to wear the Punk hair. So I'm guessing that those hair and hats should be in the game. I'm now at around 130 bricks and still haven't got a single hair or hat from a chest yet. Maybe it broke in one of the updates.

I'm playing the final version of the game and there are no hats or hair pieces in chests.

Update: I cheched sandbox mode! They aren't there! They've been completely removed from the game!
