LEGO Worlds on Steam is Windows only.
I can say though that it would not likely run Lego Worlds well, in fact it would be so below spec I would be surprised if it ran at all. You need a lot more grunt to run Lego Worlds. Best advice is to go up a size and grab a Surface Pro. I doubt Lego Worlds would be viable on anything smaller.
I also have an old Lenovo Yoga convertible laptop which will run LW but only on very low settings. It is nowhere near as powerful as the newer, higher end Surface devices which is why I suggest such a Surface tablet for LW. Lower end tablets aren't great for this game, so you have to go for a higher powered tablet.
Now with Windows on ARM devices beginning to hit the market though, we may see some interesting devices running Steam. The coming pocketable WoA Surface folding tablet will be interesting. I doubt it'll run LW well, but it will run Steam and I may be surprised and we'll get something useable for LW at low settings. It could conceivably reach the power of my old convertible.
Interesting times...
