Animal Cheat Codes?

Is there a Cheat Code on the switch for unlocking all animals?

There are currently no cheat codes to unlock things in that manner (there is a code to unlock bricks, but I don't think that's what you are looking for).
Most codes are to add new vehicles to your game, and those codes can be found on the back of certain LEGO playsets. Or on the internet for enterprising travelers...

Don't you have Sandbox on the Switch? If you go there all the animals are unlocked.

Oh, I thought you meant like the regular animals.

I found them in some Youtube comments and people say that these worlds have the T-rex in them. Although it might take awhile for it to spawn.

Okay, again, you cannot unlock T-Rex and Dragons without completing the quests first. They will not even spawn, no matter what world. Once the quest is completed, T-Rex will spawn in EVERY Rowdy Rainforest biome, and the Dragons will spawn wherever Dragons spawn ;)
Sandbox mode will prevent quite a few things from spawning until they are unlocked properly.

I had to do quests for the dragons but the T-rex just spawned in the first world I mentioned and I was able to unlock him after knocking him out. What special quest does he take?

There's an entire quest line involving the Dino Tracker. You may have completed yours before they added that quest? Anyway - T-Rex was definitely not spawning until I did the questline, and I checked "behind the scenes" and it is definitely one of the 16 characters and creatures that do not spawn until their quest line is completed.

I unlocked the T-rex today before posting the coordinates. I remember 2 quests that involved spawning a dinosaur cage and freeing a caveman. Maybe there was something else but it must have been much easier than doing the whole task line for dragons

In all four different saves and my total of almost two hundred hours, Ive always found the trex before doing any quest related to the trex. I can specifically say this for the fact that I dont do many quests. Ill do quests to unlock a character, and then leave for the next thing. While it may show it as being quest related, Ive only done the Dino Trackers quests related to the trex once, and I already had the trex unlocked at that point in time.

I can't verify the exact date that the change was made, Sp00py, but it is definitely changed now. If you had a slot left, I'd tell you to start a brand new game and try it out ;)
