I've opened a ticket, WBGames responded, and it is confirmed that It was pulled out from Asian Region for unknown reason.

From what I've read, it seems LEGO (as children toys) itself was struggling in American and European region, and China seems to be a good growing market for LEGO.. So Asian LEGO World players might actually be sacrificed, solely to complete this deal :(
Thats sad.
But there are ways to buy the game and DLCs from other sties like humblebundle.
