EDIT: original post was changed, the code first shared was for XP3BN2 for Lance’s Twin Jouster which is old. Replies consequently don't make sense anymore.

There must be something going on because when I entered that cheat code, I did not get the Lance’s Driller.
I think you need to own the Monster DLC which just got released in able to unlock the Theme.

I do acutally have some new cheats. I updated the topic. Tell me if I'm wrong again...
X29VTY does appear to unlock the "Monster Scientist" - but as I haven't played Monster Town yet, I'm not sure the value.
I can guarantee you that these ones I just posted are added to the latest patch we received today.
Croissant Deli, Skeleton Plus and Chicken Drumsticks are Temporarly Gamerules
That's their purpose.
Monster Scientist is a unlockable character cheat.
