Golden Dragon not on clouds

I found the cloud where the golden dragon is supposed to be, but it's not there. Any help?

You must own enough "money" to find him! I don't know exactly how much, I think about 1.000.000 or so.

It shouldn't matter about how many studs you have, but you will need to have completed the dragon wizard quest chain - that unlocks the red dragon - first.

Then that's a substantial change, because when the game launched the golden dragon was the only dragon that spawned and could be discovered without completing a prerequisite quest.

It always seemed a bit odd that the golden dragon was usually the first you'd unlock since it's the blingiest of creatures.

I have got 1,5 + 300(my bro) money and he doesnt spawn on 5 clouds. I have got 120 golden bricks if that metter.

I am on the PS4, Done the quest by giving the Dragon Wizard the Fire Dragon Egg, and now nothing. No other quest for the Dragon Wizard no Gold Dragon nothing. What ever you did to mess with the original coding has borked it up some how.

Umm, whut? I haven't done the dragon wizzard quest chain yet but that didn't stop me from grabbing the gold dragon as it has always been the exception. Have the rules changed then? I still seem to have the gold dragon unlocked.
