I cannot find the water pistol, been searching for Two hours

You're probably just going to tell me to go look for a dino tracker, and yes I know. I got 2 dino teeth from cavemen, and I've been searching countless rainforests but to no avail; every dino tracker I find doesn't want to give me a water pistol! Some help would be appreciated, the only thing I can think of is that I didn't get the teeth from a jewel thief.
