Lego Worlds Minotaur Quest help

OK, I have found the mission (multiple times) with the Knight standing there like a goob but isn't allowing me the bubble to start this quest.
I figure it's lack of having all inventory items needed. The only thing I'm not sure of having is the "Outpost" building instructions.
Can anyone take a picture, load it here so I can check inventory & what biome/was it in something?

The thing he wants appears in the build menu as a piece of a castle wall, it's not really an outpost. Like many characters, his dialog is just garbage.
EDIT: it's called "castle kit - tower straight."

Thank you. This was very helpful. From what I can tell, I have everything he wants but he still is not allowing the mission.

Are you already carrying a golden sword? If so, that'll stop him from giving you the quest. Take your current sword and give it to the King, then come back to the Knight and you can keep the golden sword he gives you for yourself.
