Stuck on a building quest

I've built this:

It checks the 2 last icon, but the yeti still thinks it's not finished.
I tried to paint it in snow, or random color nothing.
Something about the first icon? I can't valid that one and don't know what to do...
Oh I also added a door, still not working.

When that happens I just blow up the fine work I did for them and leave them homeless and move on to a quest where my heroic effort is appreciated. Seriously though, F these guys, they're never happy.

Yah I know.

Those two particular quests won't get validated and I don't know why. The second quests where all the conditions are checked is the more obvious.
Anyone finished those? Is there a bug somewhere maybe?

I just could finish the police station building quest in the swamp.
All the requirements were checked too but I added a garage door the quest was done.
