Missing some windows and doors, help?

I've found the modern-looking city, a mid-west city, and a castle city. Is there another town/city I haven't found that could possibly have what I'm missing?

The windows and doors missing... One's the Ornate, I know that because I had huge problems with it from Early Access. Here's what's missing:

Hmm... Maybe you're right. You have a few more than I do, but the ones I'm missing that you have are in the police station, that I haven't built for its stuff yet.

I have the same issue with missing doors and windows. I can't complete one of the swamp building quests because of it. With the amount of missing stuff, it almost seems like there should be another town type somewhere to justify it.

The odd thing is the 2nd to last row, 3rd item from the left is something that is needed in a quest in the Swamp. A lady wants you to rebuild a police station and needs 2 of those bars.
