100% Save File (...Almost)

Updated. See if this fixes the stuck on first world issue.

found the problem.
to make sure you are not stuck on the first world just make sure you fixed your ship and can travel to other worlds before copying the saved games.
the worlds are based on something else than those files we download.

I just dragged them off of the sea to land till one gave me a quest ( took a while but at the 5th scuba diver, one of them got me a quest about a picture of an orange fish)

You have to find a quest and beat them up. They can be found in modern cities, the policemen and constables give the quest.

those I found in the city biome.. the ones I can't find are the bad cowboys :( you know the ones that pop-up when you have the defend quest in the western biome

I can't remember how i got those, I think it was a similar quest to the city one. Sorry I couldn't help more :(
