HOW DO YOU USE THE COPY TOOL???

I'm on the third world (the candy one) and it's telling me to copy this dude's house, but the freakin copy tool won't work for me, or I'm probably doing it wrong but there's no instruction or walkthrough. I'd appreciate some help.

you click and hold to draw a square(x,z). After that you set the height. Then on the upper corner you will see copy and save buttons.

Yeah I got this far, but when I press the "edit & save" button (which is the only one that shows up), it doesn't do anything

so what copytool do u want to use .... the Copy&Save or just the Copy one ?

Same problem here - I have drawn a box around the guy's house with the copy tool and pressed the Edit and Save button. There is no visible clue that anything has happened upon pressing that button. The guy won't speak to me any more and my grandson clicked away the original dialogue before I could read it. Am I supposed to place the copy of the house anywhere? If so, I haven't a clue how to proceed.

I think in that particular mission you have to copy the intire area represented with the green box

We finally managed to copy the house in world 3. I personally think that the tool is buggy. It was very hard to select the house, and even when we started on one corner of the blue outline that was already around the house and dragged it to cover the whole top of the blue outline, when the selection was dragged down to the ground the selection didn't cover the whole house. It was maddening. At one point, after trying to select the house in this manner, I used the WASD key to move over to the side and all of a sudden the selection turned green. At that point, it was possible to save the house and give it a name.

Keep scrolling through your buildings, it will be blank when there should be an image. This issue caught me out too but just keep scrolling and you will select it.

Ooooooooh now I seem stupid. This worked and the tool isn't buggy, it's just the mission that wasn't self-explanatory. Thanks dude
