How To Find/Unlock Thread

Post how you found and unlocked the harder to find in the game here.

Personally I'm hoping someone can tell me how to find the big troll and dinosaurs.

Would anyone be so kind as to list all the 'teraforming' / land altering vehicles fore the teraformer achievement?

I'm not sure which ones I'm still missing.

you needed a yellow apple not gold there is a diff between them

I had this problem too, but if you keep doing the mansion mission, its not how you get him. After doing it he spawned outside of it and THEN he needed the potion after being defeated. Dont look for the mansion, just look for him

Keep searching the desert biomes, and eventually you will find him with a building quest. He stands in the middle of four pillars (or something similar) and has you build for him, then you can discover him.

Create a custom world with nothing but desert. It seems like the chances of them needing something is a 1/100 chance, and this way, you have an entire planet full of them.

The item they want you to give them is a yellow crystal.

However, I didn't have that, and ended up finding one who just wanted me to build for him and unlocked him that way.

At least two, I saw a red T-Rex early on in playthrough not realizing how rare it was. It offered no quest so I tried to take it down but it just exploded. Could be because I used the Lava Bow and haven't seen it since.

I suspect some of these ultra rare creatures are more meant to be obtained through sharing in multiplayer than found.

In what biome ? jungle ?

If you have Lance's Twin Jouster from the code, that also drills land, but I dont think it actually counts towards the achievement
