Trouble maker is way too annoying!!!
Maybe it's just me, but every time I start to build something a trouble maker pops up and starts harassing me. I have all the bricks and just wish he'd leave me alone. I seldom want to build anything any more, cause stopping every couple of minutes, or listening to the taunting is too much.

Please allow it to be turned off.

I wholeheartedly agree. It is absolutely insufferable to the point that [for me] it quickly escalates to being infuriating. You find a nice area, make sure there's no spawn points in the way, then just as you're getting into "the groove" of your project

ABSURDLY LOUD JARRING TRUMPET NOISE!!!! that can't be turned off

and if that wasn't enough to completely rectally-traumatize your concentration, there's also now a mutated, deformed, obviously mentally rtarded knock-off Pokemon whose entire purpose in life seems to be burping, farting, and finger-diddling its own mouth at a volume that suggests it has an audio cable directly into your g♥dd♥mn♥d ear.

So now you have to stop what you're doing, losing your good camera position, losing your build line, maybe losing your train of thought, so you can go kill this thing. No, not "catch" it to take the item and let it scamper away... I said kill it by painting acid or lava under it. Because it feels good, that's why.

Now you can return to the peace and relaxation of your project... for two minutes and then it all happens again.

Lol, that about says it all. I hadn't thought of slime or lava yet. I did accidentally knock one off the side of the map one time, and that felt good.

There should definitely be a tweak or condition that must be reached before a Trouble Maker can be allowed to spawn into your LEGO Worlds - perhaps make it so that they only appear when you're actively exploring new areas? They would be forced to not spawn when you're building, of course.

How does the game know when you're exploring or when you're building?

The game won't ever know unless it,s on a toggle or completely removed, it was already annoying after the second time it spawned, and especially when you got all bricks there's no use for it to spawn anymore, all i see it's holding is a piece of french bread.
Nevertheless it shouldn't spawn anymore once everything is done and that should be possible, once every brick is given, let it stop spawning.

Or even better, let me decide if i ever want to see it spawn by a toggle, and since i don't want it to spawn, my option to not spawn it would be checked all the time.

If i build i want peace and not constant hearing / seeing something that's supposed to be funny while it isnt.

big fail from the devs on this point.

The game already has & uses this capability: Hostile characters / creatures completely lose their aggro status while you have any Tool equipped.

The reject pokemon needs to be in that table, halting its spawn.

My biggest problem with the trouble maker is that it often spawns and runs around on surfaces where I'm placing bricks. The way I deal with it for now is to lock the trouble maker up, this prevents it from despawning so it won't reappear elsewhere. Get it into a hole and put an object above it, encasing it entirely in bricks will trigger a despawn, it should be an object that blocks its escape. You do need to repeat it each time you load the world but I prefer it over modifying npc files which you would also have to repeat with patches. Like this in bottom right corner:

I build with music so the game is mute, if you want game audio this "solution" might make the trouble maker worse, a feat in itself really.

Just shoot the floor near him with the lava gun and enjoy the result.

Another reason this game will just sit on my hard drive indefinitely.

I was fed up in the first hour of gameplay.

This completely kills any desire to push forward.

agreed on this...should be toggleable because it ruins the flow of the game. i've literally gone to the top of the tallest tree i could find so i could look through my builds / inventory without his obnoxious, infuriating idiocy and i could *still* hear the little twit.

if you go after him during a quest build, it can reset the requirements you've met (number of bricks, etc) if you get too far from the quest.

I tend to build in swamps above water a bit so I can copy things without landscaping stuff getting stuck in my copy. Usually the bugger spawns on me then jumps in the water taunting me with endless raspberries till he's dealt with or gets bored/despawns. Quite annoying that even if I wanted to chase him: Swamps.

The amount of times the buggers run into water is irritating. They should skirt the water instead like they do for sheer drops/cliffs.
