Stuck in Kur in snowy region

As stated above, stuck in Kur at a high point in snowy region. Trying to get into entrance above me and however many times I try to jump into roof entrance, I simple fall.

Are you pushing upward as you go through the exit?

Yes. I always go from the ledge on the left but make sure to look straight up when I get to the door. I made sure to do this before I commented here. I always just fall.

I've been having the same issue as well, the door appears to not want to allow you to pass through it like you can with the other ceiling-mounted doors.
