Xbox One controller configuration is wrong

My Xbox One controller button configuration all mixed up on this game. If you press B, it functions like X, the Start button, responds like the right trigger, the Menu/Pause screen comes up if you press the right joystick, etc. Does anyone have a fix for this? The controller fix I found in one of the discussions, didn't work. Thanks in advance.

Try using the Controller Fix on my guide, it should correct the button mappings

I have had that issue with this game and Far Cry 4
Seems my Xbox Controller Connected USB worked Fine, but the Wireless ones always had that issue. Never really addressed or fixed.
