View will not scroll

I am having a new problem. When I put the cursor at thre bottom or right side of the page the view does not scroll. It looks like the screen has zoomed in a bit. Does anyone have a thought on this?

Go to: options/interface (scroll at erdge of screen)

Thanks for the idea. It is set to on. I can scroll on the top and left. The screen has definitenly zoomed in a small amount while keeping the upper left hand corner true.

You can also hold the right mouse button and drag OR use the arrow keys to pan around. Does if work if you try either of those?
