Is this game like One Piece : Grand Adventure?

Hey I never played any of the PW series but I loved Grand Adventure back on the Playstation 2 and I have some questions:

1) Is it like GA? With leveling up characters, different battle modes and so on?
2) Are there different skins to unlock ingame for all the Heroes?
3) Is it kind of Open World or like in GA just traveling to different islands?

Im thinking about buying this but my questions need to be answered :D

Grand Adventure looks like it was a Tekken-style fighting game, so no, this game will NOT be like that. Just go check out some gameplay footage of this game on Youtube to see what it's like. Honestly, it'll be much easier for you to watch the gameplay yourself than me trying to explain it here. It's pretty much the Dynasty Warriors games, where you use one character and battle through huge hordes of enemies with flashy attacks, while completing some objectives along the way. All while looking badass doing it. Here's some gameplay footage of all the playable characters
