This helped with my auto scroll issue with the XB1 controller it might help your situation.

XBox One Controller issue FIX:

To fix this go to device manager > XBox Peripherals > Hit the dropdown > Right Click Controller > Update Driver > Select Browse > Let me pick from list > Select the Microsoft XBox One Controller driver.

Restart PC

It should fix it.

For those who did a clean install of Windows 10 and don't have the old driver this should be what you need to use right here.

Tried the suggested steps - Uninstalling XB One Controller driver and reinstalling / Reinstalling via Device Manager + Restarting PC.

Unfortunately the controller still auto scrolls down during some of the menus.

Using Windows 10 if that matters.

I'm using Windows 10 as well. I have 2 different MS XBox drivers to choose from. You gotta pick the one that says Microsoft XBox One Controller.

Here's a link to the x64 drivers for the XB1. This reverts to the Windows 8 driver you had from before if you did a clean install. The Windows 10 drivers are still buggy on a lot of games. Same thing happened to me with Fairy Fencer F.

Installing the Windows 8 drivers and overwriting the default Windows 10 drivers per your instructions worked perfectly.

You don't go back and choose the xbox one controller option after installing the downloaded driver. You just restart and run the game. choosing the option in the Driver menu from Devices reverts it back to the windows 10 driver.

Fugox, I also had to calibrate the controller after installing the Win 8 drivers.

I have controllers with the jumping issue (Logitech Dual Action) and going left with no left button working (Steel Series 3GC). Controllers work fine in all other games.

I'm using Xbox one controller on windows 10.

Installing this driver is not helping really.
If install this driver will fix scrolling issue, but key binding is messed up.
and game has no way to configure analog stick and trigger.
It works fine with other XInput games.

Scrolling is related LT button (Z Axis), push LT scrolling up, release LT scrolling down.

Perhaps the Xbox One Controller drivers from http://wccftech.com/xbox-controller-pc-drivers-download-courtesy-major-nelson/ will help? I'm not 100% sure the link provided by Microsoft on their driver page is necessarily the 8.1 driver that fixes the issue.

Note to all: The site requires Internet Explorer and some kind of plugin. That may have got some people confused. Edge will not work, but will prompt to open IE.
