Yep, you can play this splitscreen with a friend on the same PC. Only one of you need to own the game, since it's local co-op.

Game has local coop. and NOT online coop.
Its all the way around.

Local coop means you can play with someone locally, like you connect with them, kinda like LAN.

Not quite. It just means you can play with a friend on the same machine, also referred to as couch co-op.

No, local doesn't mean split screen, if it was splitscreen it would say it, google local coop games on google.

Rocket league also has split screen, and it says Local co-op, no "Splitscreen coop" tag. :stress:
