The PS3 and PS4 versions do. The Vita and PC versions do not.

You're not missing much, word is online co-op in these games kinda suck. Vita users don't have it either, not just PC.

Yeah it is unfortunate, though personally I didn't care for the online in the first PW game so I'm not particularly fussed. Still doesn't excuse the laziness of Koei Tecmo though.

Online coop for this game is a nice touch imo. But not to include it for PC and vita users and only PS3/4 kinda bugs me. Developers are just getting so lazy these days. Or maybe us gamers expect much more out of them? xD But to include one feature on the console and not include it on another is pretty lame.

I'm starting think more and more that KT didn't have a hand in this whatsoever, other than Omega Force coding the game. I can't find anything regarding this game on any of their websites or social media, and they always redirect me to Bandai anytime I ask about it. So in the end it could just be not enough effort and/or funding from Bandai to implement online, that's what I think.

No, we should still expect as much. There's simply not enough profit in it for them to include online for PC and vita, which is the unfortunate truth. Either that, or Bandai, as the publisher, didn't provide enough funding to Omega Force to implement it. I say that because SW4-II, which is self-published by KT, is going to have online.

That seems reasonable. I wonder how much that actually would have required. Namco probably didn't want to invest too much in this port, since it's likely just them testing the waters to see if there's significant enough demand for OP games on PC.

It's a shame really, since if they put more funding into it and actually added online properly, the demand for OP games would be greater. But hey, it's a start I guess.

Naruto & Dragon Ball games have their online in-tact.
All Dynasty Warriors games on PC do not.

I think its clear...

They havent released a game to date with working online play for PC. What makes you think they will ever start? Thats why I stopped buying any of their games.

Bandai's released plenty of games with online functions on PC.

For what it's worth, Omega Force reported back in like April that they were having trouble getting the online running on PC. Bandai Namco could have easily assisted them but chose not to, probably because it would cost them more money to fix it than they'd like.

I think both sides are guilty here.

Yeah, though the one taking the biggest blow to reputation would probably be Bandai.
On the bright side, SW4-II is confirmed to have online, so it looks like Omega Force finally sorted that ♥♥♥♥ out, a bit too late for PW3 though unfortunately.

Well, that's good. At least there's hope for Pirate Warriors 4, lol

This game on PS4 online is not that good Im afraid... I don't think its something a port could fix. Well at least is pretty cool as far as Dynasty Warriors go.
