What chapter or mission do I get Marco"The Phoenix"?
I'm playing on PS4 and I want to get Marco what mission is it? and Once I unlock the story character and collect them from the story can I play with that character in the story?

You should automatically unlock him in Legend Log, I believe after Marineford Part 1. You'll get a notification after the battle.
