Okta (Hachi)

On what occasion will i be able to have Okta as a companion? As for CHoppers first ability i need to unlock it with Okta, by using him in a Kizuna-Rush. So where can i use him? restarting Dream Log? or regular adventure?


moreover, How does one get "!"? I used to play and got them, without really getting, why. As i want to unlock the Law abilitys (Getting 1700 !), knowing how to do so, would ease the process

In order to get X abount of "!", you need to defeat enemies using Kizuna-Rush, or using character support attacks.

While in Kizuna-Rush mode, any enemies you OR the support defeat, class as "!" points.

Using character support attacks...ONLY the support attacks will class as "!" points.

Best thing to do is play the Dream Log's last island (very north island, where you face the straw hat team). You get 1 support character on this island, and because its random support, start the level and if its not Hachi, quit the mission and restart the island again. Do this over and over till you get Hachi as you support character. Try to get a many support/Kizuna-Rush kills as you can. Try using "Skills" that increase the Kizuna-Rush duration, such as
Battlefield Charisma++ (Faster Kizuna gauge build up) & Stylish++ (Lengthen kizuna rush mode)

The other option is to find a Dream Log island that has fishmen on it, Hachi could turn friendly after beating him during the mission.

Ok resetting worked on the second dream log island too (there you got 2 companions, increasing the chance of okta)

Concerning the "!", how do i used these "Skills" Battlefield Charisma++ with Law?

OOOOH i see, all these abilitys are meant for usage from ALL the characters :P So i can use all of them with Law or CHopper or who else (except the small specific ones like for Ivanlov) right?

To use skills, before selecting "Battle Start" to start the mission/island, in the top there's an option called "Battle Preparation," there you can "Use Coins", equip skills in "Skill Set" and use beli to level up in "Beli Growth." Choose "Skill set" to equip skills.

To unlock skills you need to level up you Crew Levels via "!" points...or do specific tasks with support characters...If you go to "skill Posters" you can look through the skills that can be unlocked and how to unlock them.

Can't think which characters have Battlefield Charisma..think Sabo, Ace and Coby.
Some skills have + editions...example: Battlefield Charisma > Battlefield Charisma+ > Battlefield Charisma++ (++ being the best version)

Yeah it worked everything just fine :D I thought the Abilitys are character only :P The fact, that you had to unlock Oktas ability in order to get CHoppers shouldve made me think twice.
