CRASHED WHILE PLAYING DRESSROSA STORY

I already reach dressrosa final arc chapter, but whenever i played it, it always force close without any warn, just an immediate close in the middle of gameplay. I tried to save in game progress but the funny part is, I cant save in game progress while playing dressrosa, even tho I saved it at the start of the battle. can someone help me please? tysm

I'd like to try uninstall and re-install the game, but will it delete all my progress?

I played +120 hours and only crashed a few times in Dressrosa, but after researching I discovered that I just put it in windowed mode and it doesn't crash anymore.

Apparently this game is not fully compatible with windows 10/11, that may be the problem, I`m at the same page
