Strawhats vs Cp9 mission BUGGED (Successfully complete all your Allies'strategies) - CANNOT COMPLETE THE MISSION
Successfully complete all your Allies'strategies - I did it all, this is second time I'm playing this game, so I'm not new to it, I did it all before.

Thing is, my laptop was reinstalled. After this, I cannot complete this mission. I completed all in time, stopped Lucci, helped Usopp and Franky - and just won't receive the 100% on Legend Log, and thus cannot get the Poneglygh coin.

Is there a fix to this bug or should I reinstall the game (and again, lose my save file)? I gotta say, I'm tired to exp their levels from 0 again, I played this game for 500 h to have fun and have them on 100 levels. So, is there a way to fix it ? I'd appreciate any help.

*Also, does anyone know if I reinstall the game, do I lose the Costume Pack I bought? It's tied to my game-in-steam, so I don't think I should, but has anyone else had similar experiences?

There's some old discussion about that log objective here:

Hopefully there's a clue there. About the costume pack, it should be tied to your steam account and should re-install with the game. You just lose saves because there's no cloud sync.

Thanks for replying. Unfortunately, no, that is not my case. As I said, I know how to do missions in this game, I already beat them all in the past. The problem isn't my actions, but the bug. I want to make sure there isn't any other way to fix the bug than reinstalling the game before I do so.
(Glad to hear about Costume pack though, thank you)

Alright, after few PC shut downs and continuous retrying the mission something clicked, and it all went smooth this time. Seems it was stuck, and simply un-stuck itself after some time. Maybe luck. All good now.
