Maybe that might help
I didn't know this mod, so cool!
I don't have an application called launcher in the game folder. Only the oppw3.exe, steam_api.dll and 3 folders
I can't start the game too i have tried all possible solution and it won't start. Just got the game.
ok for my case, its the nvidia game optimisation
i turned it off for this game and i can run it now
can you go into more detail on what you did? I think I have the same problem but messing with the settings of nVidea Geforce experience didnt do anything.
nvm, restarted and the same problem is back
I've tried the following 3 methods and by some luck it works. Let's hope it works for you too:
1) disable the nvidia optimisation (useless)
2) turn off google chrome running in background (useless)
3) exit steam and click on one piece pirate warrior 3 and let it initiate steam (seems to be working well)
rightclick on the desktop
NVIDIA systemcontrols
Programmsettings
select Pirateworriors3 or add it first
select integrated graphics.
I hope i could help you!
